This significant and strategic investment is about building a more capable, responsive, and predictable manufacturing environment.

The MA1 Ultra gives us greater flexibility across precision fabrication work, with controlled laser welding supported by a dedicated T1 wire feed unit. With wire feeding nozzle options from 0.8 mm through to 1.6 mm, it allows us to approach a broader range of material thicknesses, joint profiles, and finishing requirements with confidence.

For our customers, the value sits in the detail.

Cleaner welds. Reduced secondary work. Better control of distortion. More consistent repeatability across demanding assemblies.

We are also taking a considered approach to implementation. That means the right optical components, protective lenses, laser safety PPE, and enclosure controls have all been installed and tested. Capability only creates value when it is introduced safely, intelligently, with discipline and training.

This investment supports the way we believe modern manufacturing should work. Practical technology, applied with safety. Technical progress, backed by process control. Faster delivery, without compromising the standards our customers rely on.
