Some weeks remind us that performance is built on more than process.
It is built on people.
After a demanding few months, with teams working at capacity and everyone giving a great deal of themselves, we felt it was important to pause. Not for anything elaborate. Just a couple of hours together, a good burger, a cold soft drink, and the chance to reconnect away from the pace of the working day.
At Berry & Escott, we are proud of the care, focus, and resilience our people bring to their work. But we are equally mindful that strong teams need moments to breathe, reset, and simply enjoy being together.
The collaboration, friendship, and camaraderie across our business are not things we take for granted. They are part of what makes Berry & Escott who we are.
