Investing in the future

Our apprenticeship programme continues to grow and we are proud to help develop enthusiastic, skilled young people to support business development.

We always actively look to engage with school leavers, attending college open evenings to discuss prospects with them.  The apprenticeships we run are a great opportunity for young people to become skilled in engineering and hopefully help in some way to fill the UK skills shortage in the trade.  They are also ideal for us as it means we can mould the apprentices into the engineers we want them to be and after they have completed the three or four year apprenticeship there is usually a job waiting for them.”  Tim Parker,  Berry & Escott Engineering Ltd.
