As part of our commitment to quality we have our own in house inspection room equipped with a full range of precision measuring equipment.

Every employee within the company is encouraged to be responsible for the task or function that they perform and are committed to delivering a quality product.

In all aspects of work we encourage good environmental practices. In 2010 we completed the ‘5S Lean Manufacturing Training Programme’.  As a result we have implemented lean principles which have enabled us to reduced waste, increased efficiency and lower energy consumption.

We produce products for various Environment Agencies and wherever possible ensure we use materials that are re-cycled and have a low carbon footprint.

Our workshop boasts a state of the art energy efficient Compressor. We re-use the hot air output from this to heat the factory in the winter. We have also replaced all the skylights to reduce the need for lighting & where it is required, incorporated energy efficient lighting.  We also re-use virtually all incoming packaging and have significantly reduced our waste to landfill.
