Berry & Escott Apprenticeship Programme
We recognise the importance of developing future engineering talent to help address the skills gap shortage in our industry.
Several key members of the Berry & Escott team have successfully completed our in-house Apprenticeship Programme and our programme co-ordinator Matt Phillips was, prior to joining us, himself an ‘Apprentice of the Year’ winner.
We have close working relationships with local colleges and are keen to develop enthusiastic, skilled young people to support business development.
“We’re always looking to engage with school leavers and regularly attend college open days and events to discuss opportunities with them. Our apprenticeship programme is a great opportunity for young people to become skilled in engineering and we ensure the experience they receive is relevant, engaging and enjoyable. After they complete the programme there is usually a job waiting for them.”
